Lindsay Evans started in the title industry in 1998 as an accounting clerk before moving into title examination and policy work. A year later, she became a licensed escrow assistant and began working alongside a high-volume closer in Fort Worth.

Over the years, Lindsay has built experience across a wide variety of transactions—from residential and ranch properties to industrial, multifamily, and development projects. She joined the Baker Firm in 2013 as a Commercial Escrow Assistant and soon after stepped into the role of Escrow Officer.

Lindsay is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to providing top-tier service. She values teamwork, and she’s proud to be part of a group that puts the client experience first.
