Nikki Jackson started her title career in 1979 in Burleson, Texas, working as a receptionist before quickly advancing into escrow. By the age of 24, she was managing her own office and handling both commercial and residential closings.

Throughout her career, Nikki has worked on a wide range of transactions, including multifamily HUD projects, hotel and motel deals, churches, dealerships, storage facilities, and more. Her work has included high-profile closings such as Cowboys Stadium in Arlington and the Pier 1 Imports sale to Chesapeake.

In 1989, the Texas Land Title Association named her an “Outstanding Young Title Person for Region 2,” recognizing her early leadership and skill in the field. Nikki continues to be a trusted expert in both residential and commercial transactions and is known for her deep knowledge and steady hand at the closing table.
