Tim Watts grew up in Glen Rose, Texas, and began his professional journey as a Deputy Tax Assessor in Walker and Hood Counties. There, he gained experience processing title and registration for vehicles and watercraft before shifting into the real estate side of title.

He joined the Baker Firm in 2016 as a Post-Closing Escrow Assistant, managing recordings and title policy issuance for both residential and commercial files. In 2017, his attention to detail and strong work ethic led him to become a Commercial Escrow Assistant, where he gained hands-on experience with high-volume and complex closings.

By 2018, Tim had earned his escrow license and stepped fully into the role of Commercial Escrow Officer. He’s known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering the kind of service that earns lasting relationships.

He continues to work closely with the Baker Firm’s commercial team and looks forward to building his business while helping clients close smoothly and confidently.
