Troy Moncrief is a Fort Worth native and graduate of Texas Christian University who brings more than two decades of experience in the title industry. He began his career in 2003 as a commercial marketer and quickly developed a reputation as someone who could connect people, move deals forward, and get results.

Over the years, Troy has gained experience in nearly every corner of the title business—from business development and operations to strategic partnerships and complex closings. He’s helped bring together buyers, sellers, developers, brokers, and lenders to close transactions that often required creative thinking and persistence.

As President of the Baker Firm, Troy leads with a hands-on, relationship-first mindset. He holds his team to a high standard and believes that trust, consistency, and clear communication are what make a title company truly stand out.

Outside of work, Troy is deeply involved in his community. He’s supported numerous nonprofit causes and has helped raise millions for organizations that make a lasting difference. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the Fort Worth and Aledo areas, and cheering on his alma mater, TCU.
